Designed to be light, stable and easy to use, the highly versatile FITEK Commercial Flat Bench can be used for a wide variety of exercises. The frame is made from durable square steel with sturdy feet to improve stability. This bench can handle up to 500kg load but itself weighs only 15kg, and features wheels on one side so it can be moved around easily, making it perfect for home gyms and garage workouts. The pad is made from polyurethane with a soft leather texture and fixed to a 15mm thick plywood base board. We use high quality double stitching, which is rubber sealed to protect from damage and drastically reduces wear and tear. The padding is comfortable but firm, providing excellent support for dumbbell or barbell exercises.
