These grips are designed to fit snugly on your fingers or thumbs, offering maximum protection and comfort while you work out.  Often used for hook grip when lifting, they help eliminate friction which causes blisters.

Often tape is the go to for thumb and finger protection but it does have its disadvantages: too tight, too loose, comes off during a workout, often becomes the communal roll of tape for the entire gym!  With JAW Finger Grips, they are soft, durable, comfortable and can be re-worn time and again.
